FIFO ("the App") is a restaurant operations app that helps restaurant staff manage inventory, purchasing, wastage, and revenue records. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.

When you create an account and use FIFO, we collect:

• Account information: your name and email address, used to create and secure your account.
• Restaurant operational data: information you enter into the App, such as inventory counts, purchase orders, wastage records, revenue entries, and supplier details (including supplier email addresses used to send purchase order emails).
• Usage data: basic app usage information needed to operate features such as AI-assisted insights.

How We Use Information

Information collected is used only to operate the App's core features:

• Authenticating your account and restricting access to your restaurant's data
• Recording and displaying inventory, purchase, wastage, and revenue data you enter
• Sending purchase order emails to the suppliers you specify
• Generating reports and AI-assisted summaries of your own restaurant's data

Data Storage

App data is stored securely using Supabase, a backend infrastructure provider. Data is protected using row-level security so that each restaurant account can only access its own data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Supplier email addresses you enter are used solely to send purchase orders on your behalf, to the suppliers you specify.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

FIFO is a business tool intended for restaurant staff and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
